Every project begins with collaboration. We work closely with homeowners, architects, and builders, using the architectural plans as the foundation for our own detailed technology drawings. These map lighting, shades, controls, and integrated systems throughout the home—ensuring every element is thoughtfully planned and fully coordinated before construction begins.

Once the design is approved, Sunrise sources and manages every component of the system, carefully storing equipment until it's ready for installation.

Our technicians install every system with precision, coordinating closely with the builder and trades to ensure a seamless integration throughout the construction process.

No two homes are alike. Every lighting scene, shade, and control interface is carefully programmed around how each client lives, creating an experience that feels intuitive from day one.

Our relationship doesn't end at move-in. Sunrise provides responsive service, ongoing system updates, and expert support to keep every home performing beautifully for years to come.
