Sunrise Smarthome, LLC offers SMS messaging to communicate with clients regarding their audio/visual and smarthome services. Messages may include, but are not limited to:

* Over-the-phone troubleshooting of issues with devices.
* Follow-up communication regarding service or inquiries
* Coordination for access or service details
* Responses to your direct inquiries via SMS
